About HouseMinders
HouseMinders was established in Sydney NSW in 1997 to fill the home, security, pet and garden care needs of people travelling. While burglar alarms, boarding kennels and casual gardeners went some way toward meeting these needs, mostly, homeowners and residents were being denied the best service of all a responsible, live-in minder to care for their homes and pets while they were away.
The HouseMinders service has changed all this by matching the needs of homeowners and houseminders.
Owners/residents
Now by registering with HouseMinders, you, as an owner, can select from our comprehensive register of houseminders and a range of services to help you locate the perfect minder. Now you can travel, secure in the knowledge that your home and belongings are in the safe hands of people who care.
Minders
Similarly, if you're a responsible individual, couple or family, a "greenthumb" or pet lover, and someone who's houseproud, you can now register as a houseminder. If you're selected by the owners, you could find yourself with an assignment caring for their fine home, while saving yourself thousands of dollars in rent.
