What owners expect

Tasks and Bills	Standard of Care /Coverage of Costs
House cleaning	Home to be cleaned weekly & kept to the same level of cleanliness as exercised by the owners.
Purchase of regular cleaning products	Costs - Houseminder OR Owner responsibility.
Carpet cleaning - each six months.	Costs - Owner responsibility.
Electricity/Gas	All accounts paid on time Costs - Houseminder responsibility
Telephone	All accounts paid on time Costs - Houseminder responsibility
Water	All accounts paid on time Costs - Owner responsibility
Council rates	All accounts paid on time Costs - Owner responsibility
Sundry expenses - repairs jobs etc	Please ensure that repairs are carried out promptly. Costs - Owners to reimburse houseminder OR Owners to pay invoice Minders to retain invoices/receipts
Mail	Redirection/collection of mail daily/weekly Costs - Owner OR houseminder responsibility
Garden
Lawns	Lawns to be mowed fortnightly and watered daily as required Costs - All costs associated with lawns to be met by owners
Garden beds	Beds weeded fortnightly and watered daily as required. Costs - All costs associated with garden to be met by owners
Internal Plants	All plants to be watered frequently.
Pool	Regular cleaning/ chlorinating. Weekly maintenance Costs - Invoice by pool service OR houseminder responsibility.
Pets	Trips to vet. Costs - Owners to reimburse houseminder or owners billed directly by vet.
Cats	Feed twice daily Use good quality cat food - no generic products Litter tray to be emptied daily/ disinfected weekly. Costs - A good store of cat food has been bought OR Food Money to be provided by owner.
Dogs	Feed twice daily (dry/canned food only) Use good quality dog food - no generic products Ensure water always available. Exercise & run in the park every 2nd day for hour. Costs - A good store of dog food has been bought OR Food Money to be provided by owner.
Miscellaneous	Costs - Unexpected expenses (receipts to be kept.) Contingency fund organised and left with minder.
