What the service costs

Houseminders offers both Do-it-for-me and DIY services. Choose the one that's best for you:

Do It For Me Service

The Do it For Me Service at a glance.

This service has been designed to suit

  • Owners / Residents leaving their homes for any period.
  • Owners with or without pets
  • Occasional and frequent travellers

Costs Involved:

  • $220 (including GST) - One off registration

    We will help you find a minder to suit your requirements.

    This option is popular with people who are taking their one and only trip for the year.

  • $330 (including GST) - Annual registration

    We will help you find as many minders as you require in a 12 month period (beginning at the start of your first trip).

    This option is very popular with people taking a number of trips in a year. In fact, anyone who takes two or more trips in the year will benefit from our annual registration.

With the Do-It-For-Me service, you pay a $50 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable in the unlikely event that we are unable to find a houseminder for you. However, if you choose to use our service again, the $50 will be taken off the price. The remainder is payable when you choose your houseminder.

Do It Yourself

With the DIY Service you simply request a copy of our directory for your area and undertake the selection process yourself.

Unfortunately, the DIY service is only available in Sydney and Melbourne.
